Ašun Me: Active Participation of Young Roma through Documentary Making

About Us

Ašun Me, meaning “Hear me” in Romani language, is an Erasmus+ project that aims to empower young Roma and the youth workers who support them to actively participate in shaping policies that affect their lives and communities.

Despite efforts at the European level, young Roma continue to face significant barriers to participation in civic and political life. This project offers a creative and inclusive response, blending education, digital tools, and art, particularly short political documentaries, to strengthen their voices and improve dialogue with policymakers.
